We  are a group that shares in various styles of heart-focused yoga and Kirtans. We come together for weekly yoga classes,  Sacred Saturdays (Healing Fairs) and monthly Kirtans, Meditations and Spiritual Musical Events. We also come together for Heart Intiation Classes and Workshops. Our emphasis is on yoga classes, movement classes and musical events that are Bhakti (Devotional) or Heart Centered.

Fairytales paint a vivid picture of the path towards spiritual adulthood. (individuation) Studying them can help us open to the wisdom of our unconscious psyche. Each time we meet we'll listen to a fairytale together and explore its meaning as we would a dream, focusing on images we find especially powerful.
