From my own spiritual journey and seeking and experiences, I have come to realize the main cause for all our troubles and the troubles that mankind has long created through out the ages is our disconnection from the Source and Her Love. When this disconnection happened, mankind also lost his consciousness and perception of who they truly are. When the great power and gifts that lies within the soul are lost in consciousness, mankind relies on his physical strength and eventually his reasoning power of his mind. The domination of the mental faculties of the mind has created imbalances, pain and suffering of many different emotions along with his lost of feeling or the lack thereof, and many attributes of his spirit and soul.

Now, the time has come for everyone if one so chooses, to regain this knowledge of self and to develop and grow with his and her Creator with Love and with Truth. The transformation will be of soul's essence in Love. The shift will be from the intellectual mind to the feeling center of the heart and soul.

From my own experiences, I have come to realize how far off course I have gone from the intended life meant to be developed and individualized with God and Her Highest Love and His Highest Truths, mine, our Heaven Father and Mother, the Great OverSoul. I have realized the corrections must be made by me through all three parts of my life, my physical body, my spirit body, and my soul. But after some stumbling and trials, I have realized the most important part is the awakening of me as half of a complete soul. And this awakening process is ever so important with Divine Love and/or the Universal Unconditional Love Energy that is all around us.

With this Unconditional Love Energy, the correction and healing of the mind, the emotional body, the physical body will take place with ease and gentleness, like a touch of a lover, the soft gaze full of love from a mother, a hug of a brother and sister, a father, a dear friend.

But for many, there are great imbalances have been created in our bodies, our minds, and the chakra energy centers that is often gone unnotice at a higher level of consciousness. To facilitate this part of the development, we have incorporated the breathwork since it offers tremendous benefits to one's health and its harmonizing effects on the energy chakras. This will assist in the integration process at the energy level.

This meetup meeting is the first lesson of part 1 (of 2) to introduce the importance of Breathwork and how it can help in the healing process of the (physical) body and the preparation to activate and harmonize the chakra energy centers. This is the preparation to properly activate the heart center and to easily connect with the Universal Consciousness and Her Love. In this first lesson, we will do a diaphragmatic and the alternate nostril breathing together.

All meetings will take place on a Wednesday evening at 7PM, every other week until further notice. Weekend meetings will be considered if there are more requests. This meeting has been scheduled for Wed. Oct. 7, 2009 from 7 - 8 PM in our home for now. Also, I will stay until 9PM for additional discussions with those who may desire so. In addition, I am offering private sessions from love for those who need it on a Saturday from 10AM - Noon TBD or on special requests. These private sessions are for my learning as well.

The donation money will be used to pay for the monthly fee for this meetup site, and to purchase materials with values to support our spiritual growth and development, such as certain healing modalities, a decent massage table to assist in energy healing or learning for those who may need it while on this journey. If there is enough support, then I will share further my thoughts to further help and support everyone.

Please note, however, your desire to participate to learn and grow should not be dependent on your ability to donate anything and thus, there will never be a donation box at the door. Our main desire is to share and to assist everyone grows to the best of our ability at the present. And we will continue to grow together as there is much to learn as we open ourselves for the inflow of the Universal Energies and Love.
